Big O Hot Chicken started back in 2019 when owner Omar Linder took a leap of faith to open his first restaurant in Saginaw and decided to follow his true passion for food. That first step built a loyal following of people who love great food. Now, that same dedication is in the Old Town district. We bring years of experience and a deep love for cooking straight to your neighborhood.

Our home sits right at 118 N Michigan Ave, next to Oracle Brewing Company. This is a place built for late-night eats and great conversations—making it the perfect, welcoming neighborhood spot to kick back and enjoy a great meal.

We do things a little differently here by bridging the gap between heavy-hitting spice and true comfort. The stars of our show are the jumbo tenders and wings, served up crispy and tossed in our signature hot chicken seasoning.
